Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase:

• Refunds are processed within 10 business days
• After 14 days, course credits may be applied to future courses

No Wallet Connection Required

BlockchainAcademy.TH does NOT require cryptocurrency wallets, wallet connections, or blockchain transactions for course enrollment or payments. We operate as a traditional educational platform using standard payment methods.

7. Limitation of Liability

Service "As-Is"

Our Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• All content is accurate or complete
• The Service will meet your specific needs
• Defects will be corrected

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BlockchainAcademy.TH and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Account termination will result in loss of access to all courses and downloaded materials.

We may terminate your account immediately if you:

• Repeatedly violate our community guidelines

Effect of Termination
